The client agrees to these terms and conditions of sale by placing an order at AFSYSTEM.

Orders
All prices are VAT excluded and expressed in Euro currency.
The prices do not include the shipping costs.
The prices displayed in our website are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of the customer’s order.
By receiving the order confirmation, the customer agrees entirely to the terms and conditions of sale and payment reported below, and declares to have reviewed and accepted the information provided.
All information displayed in our website www.afsystem.biz  are subject to change at any time without notice. AFSYSTEM shall not be liable for any possible mistake or omission in the information provided by the website and will inform the customer about any mistake or change upon the acceptance of the order.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are determined  by the weight of the parcel and will be added after filling in the order form.
The goods will be delivered by a carrier or an express courier. The estimated date of dispatch of the order will be communicated by e-mail or telephone. The services of portarage and/or hydraulic tailgate are not included in the shipping costs and their use, if needed,  must be communicated before placing the order. The shipping costs are VAT inclusive. Upon delivery, the customer must make sure that the parcel is undamaged and verify that the quantity and the description of the goods reported on the delivery note correspond to the parcel/s delivered. If the packaging is clearly damaged, the customer can accept the parcel conditionally, by signaling it in the appropriate box of the document handed by the carrier, before signing it. If the damage is confirmed after opening the package, the customer can ask for a full refund. If the parcel cannot be accepted with a reservation or if the damage to the goods can be seen even without opening the package, the customer must refuse the delivery.

Product availability
The promotional items will be on sale while supplies last. Our confirmation of the order will attest the date the order was placed and the promotional items will be sent following the chronological order of the requests we received. The images of the products are indicative only. We reserve the right to correct any possible typing mistake of which the customer placing the order will be immediately informed.

Invoicing
Each order will be delivered with a regular delivery note, valid for the warranty. In the days following the dispatch of the order the invoice will be sent by e-mail to the customer. 


Payment options

- Advance payment of the total amount (including the shipping costs) upon order by BANK TRANSFER

- Advance payment of the total amount (including the shipping costs) upon order through PAYPAL

- Advance payment of 50% of the amount by BANK TRANSFER - C.O.D. by cashier’s check of the remaining 50% of the amount (including the shipping costs) upon delivery.

Warranty
All AF SYSTEM products come with a 12-month warranty. During these 12 months, AF SYSTEM will provide the replacement free of charge of any malfunctioning part or repair the product at the factory (the shipping costs will be charged to the customer). This warranty does not cover any damage caused by the misuse of the product.


Tech support
AF SYSTEM does not provide tech support for the installation of the product sold or for any problem concerning it. However, upon request, AF SYSTEM will indicate the nearest service provider.

 

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to article 64 of the Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right of withdrawal without penalty and without specifying the reason thereof within 10 working days from the delivery of the goods. To do so, the consumer can send a fax, an e-mail or call the company within 10 days or just return the delivered goods within 10 days. For further information about other time limits, please see article 65 clause 3 of said Legislative Decree. In order to exert the right of withdrawal, the items should be returned in their original conditions and packaging and, if used by the consumer, in normal state of conservation.

 

Refunds
The shipping costs to return the goods to AF SYSTEM will be charged to the consumer. The entire cost of the goods, included any down payment, will be refunded within 30 days. These regulations are only valid for the countries within the EU. The non-EU countries are generally free to decide which law will govern their contract, though the most favourable to the consumer will prevail.
